For the last 5 years cousin Frank and I had been attending the Catholic Men's Fellowship of WNY Conference. Last year Frank did not attend. He became sick and died a short time later. I asked Louis, age 15 and Franks' Son to go with me this year. Louis told me he'd think about it, because he did not understand why God let his father die. When time came for the conference (2010), I asked Louis again, he said yes.
I was thinking that Louis might be more confortable with someone his own age. I asked my grandson Steven, age 16, also to go wth us. Steven said yes he would attend. At first I did not know if the boys would enjoy it. At the end of the day the boys said the speakers were great and they enjoyed the days events. Both boys said they wanted to go again and told me to get tickets for next year.

Good and timely message. Interesting presentation about change and conversion and Biblical background for those. Good and provocative talk. Enjoyed the group sharing and liturgical event. Great content. It was lively and humorous. Fr. Vacco hit a home run! Great talk with insight that was inspirational to all of us. Lovely exhortation on St. Francis. It helped to realize we all need to accept and embrace change.
